Essential
Functions (Responsibilities)
:
Responsible for installing, perform
preventive and corrective maintenance,
in customer's labs and office shop, to
chromatography equipments, DNA
Sequencers, imaging systems, scanners,
spectrophotometers, mass spectrometry
instruments and electrophoresis
apparatus.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Engineer (Technology /
Electronics /Electrical) or technician in
electronics;
Minimum of 2 years
experience in Life-Sciences system design or equivalent;
Intermediate English
and basic Spanish;
Organized and disciplined;
Availability for
trips;
Ability in communication and team worker
Clearly communicate and
explain technical issues to engineering and
non-engineering business players
(Customers, Application Specialist, Sales
Reps and Marketing
Staff).
Remain knowledgeable and in compliance with all company
environment,
Health and Safety practices and proactively address EHS issues
that exist
within the employee's immediate work environment.
Proven
communication skills -- verbal & written
Desired:
Knowledge in
computer sciences, Windows, Oracle and Linux platform.
